Video was not delivered was not what we required, as it was more formal than we had requested. When I fed back and tried to explain further what we was looking for he did re-film but still hadn't fully taken on board what we was saying and didn't come across how we wanted it to. Blamed on our script when we had others achieved what we was looking for with the same script and lower fee. Found him rather abrupt to deal with and tried to charge another fee to film a third time but didn't have confidence he would achieve the result we was looking for.

Thank you for your review Matt. As mentioned in our conversations I feel very sad that my performance style wasn’t what you wanted. I wish you could have provided the examples of what you meant. You had two free revisions even though that wasn’t part of original agreement. Without guidance a third would have got us no-where.
