Well, I'm surprised the seller scored a 9.2 for Customer Service. She basically sent me a custom offer straight out of the gate, which was fine I guess (a "hello" would have been nice?). However, a day after I ordered her gig with a black background, she asked me if I would mind a cream background instead (without giving me any explanations or whatsoever). I assumed she couldn't provide me a decent black background for the time being so I agreed. Not a huge deal breaker. In the end she did a decent job with the presentation and delivered a high quality video.
:The seller is nice. Seller redid speakspersone video 3 times! And thank you for that. But communication doesn't work! Video was bad quality at first. There was some problems with audio/ sound also. In all videos seller was talking not by the script. Anyway thank you for your time and job.
