We are overall happy with the gig, it took a little longer than expected, but we waited and received a good quality video. All other video spokespeople got our finished gigs back in the 48 hours as stated. Wondering why it took over a week. We also left a message stating that this is a serious video with discussions on abuse and sexual assault, to sound more serious, she sounded more cheery and just didn't go with our message, but having said that, we have run out of time because we needed to wait for this gig. Seller's communication: She rubbed some of my staff the wrong way, I have read back to the conversation however see that it was just a lack of communication.
